Use this page to request deletion of your MoMo Pay Mirror account and associated shop data. This link is available to users and Google Play reviewers.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request from the email address used for your MoMo Pay Mirror account. Include your account email and shop name so we can verify and process the request.
Data we delete on request
- User account profile, including name and email.
- Shop membership and role records tied to the account.
- Shop data owned by the requesting owner, where eligible.
- MoMo Pay mirrored SMS transaction records, where eligible.
- Phone setup tokens, invite records, and app access records, where eligible.
Data we may retain
- Records required for fraud prevention, security, billing, or dispute handling.
- Records required by law or legitimate business obligations.
- Minimal audit logs needed to prove that deletion was requested and processed.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days after verifying account ownership.
